What is the Tradex1 IB Program?

The Tradex1 IB (Introducing Broker) Program allows you to earn a recurring monthly commission by referring new clients to Tradex1's trading platform. You earn 5% of the Gross Revenue generated by the clients you introduce, settled every month. There is no upfront cost to join.

Who can become an IB?
Any existing Tradex1 client in good standing who has referred at least 3 active clients. There is no requirement to be a financial professional or have a specific background. If you are a strong, active trader, earlier approval may be considered on a case-by-case basis subject to management review.
Is there a fee to join the IB Program?
No. Joining the IB Program is completely free. You begin earning once your account is approved.
Do I need to trade to earn commission?
No. Your commission is earned purely from the trading activity of the clients you refer. You do not need to place any trades yourself to receive commission.

Eligibility & Onboarding

How do I apply for the IB Program?
Apply directly through your Tradex1 account via the IB Program section. Your application will be reviewed and approved once you have 3 active clients on record.
What counts as an 'active client'?
A referred client is someone who has opened and funded a live Tradex1 trading account using your referral link or code. The Company determines eligibility of referred clients in its sole discretion.
I have fewer than 3 referrals — can I still apply?
Yes, you can submit your application at any time. The system will approve your account once you reach the 3-client threshold. For strong, active traders, earlier approval may be granted at management's discretion.
I have already received referral bonuses for some clients — can I still apply?
Yes. You can apply regardless of whether you have previously received referral bonuses. Any referral bonuses already credited to you are separate from IB Commission and will not be deducted.
Do I need a separate trading account to be an IB?
No. Your IB Commission will be credited to your existing Tradex1 trading account. You must maintain a live trading account in good standing.

Commission & Earnings

How is my commission calculated?

Your commission is 5% of the total Gross Revenue generated by your clients in each calendar month.

Does profit / loss carry over to the next month?
No. Each calendar month is treated completely independently. A profit / loss in one month has no impact on your commission in a future month.
My referred client received a welcome bonus — does that affect my commission?

Promotional credits or bonuses given to clients shall have no impact on the commission or Gross Revenue figure for that settlement period

What is Gross Revenue?
Gross Revenue is the total net trading result across all your referred clients . It is calculated as the total profits minus the total losses generated by all clients under your partnership.

Settlement & Payouts

When do I get paid?
Commission is settled monthly. After each calendar month closes, the Company reconciles your Gross Revenue and credits your commission to your Tradex1 trading account within 7 business days.
Where is my commission credited?
Your commission is credited directly to your Tradex1 trading account. You can then withdraw it to your linked bank account via UPI, NEFT, or USDT, or use it for trading.
Is there a minimum commission amount before I can withdraw?
No. There is no minimum withdrawal threshold. All earned commission is settled and can be withdrawn according to the standard withdrawal terms applicable to your account.
How can I track my earnings?
Your IB Dashboard provides real-time visibility of your referred clients, Gross Revenue accrual, commission earned, and payout history. You can access it at any time through your Tradex1 account.

Can I see which of my referred clients are active?

Yes. Your IB Dashboard shows your referred client list and their activity, allowing you to monitor your network's performance.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

Reach out to the Tradex1 Partner Support team / Relationship Personnel through your IB Dashboard. Our support team is available to assist with commission queries, referral tracking, and general IB Program questions.

What if I think my commission calculation is wrong?

You may raise a dispute within 7 calendar days of the settlement statement being published on your IB Dashboard.

The Introducing Broker (IB) Program rewards you for introducing new clients and helping them get started. As an IB, you earn a recurring share of the Gross Revenue generated by the clients you refer, settled every month. This document explains how the program works, who can join, how commission is calculated, and answers the most common questions.

Eligibility

You may join the IB Program if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are an existing client in good standing.
  • You have referred 3 or more clients (the minimum required to become an IB).
  • You apply through the IB Program; approval is granted once the referral requirement is met.

Special consideration: You can apply at any time. If you currently have fewer than 3 referrals, the system will approve your account once you reach 3. For strong, active traders, earlier approval may be considered on special request, subject to management approval.

Commission Structure
  • You earn 5% of the total Gross Revenue generated by the clients you have referred.
  • Commission accrues continuously and is settled on a monthly cycle.
  • No negative commission is ever charged. If Gross Revenue is negative in a given period, your commission for that period is simply zero— never below.
  • Each month stands on its own. A loss in one month is not carried forward or deducted from a profitable month.
Settlement
  • Gross Revenue is calculated and reconciled at the end of each month.
  • Eligible commission is settled monthly, once the period is closed.
  • You will have visibility of your referred clients and earnings through the tools provided.
